After flying for 6 plus years in 2 renowned airlines of my country, I am all set to join BA, one of my dream airlines and I would love to know some insights from the internal members that what lovely future will I be able to hold in BA?

Our bidding system, which is based on seniority, can allow good flexibility which improves the longer you are with the airline. We also have the ability to request part time working and you can generally achieve a good life work balance depending on the choices of fleet and position you make. Does that answer you query?
