    You don’t need any specific academic qualifications to become cabin crew with British Airways. What matters most are the personal qualities you bring to the role, such as strong communication skills, the ability to work well in a team, resilience, good judgement and a genuine desire to look after customers. Many people join from a wide range of backgrounds, and full training is provided if you’re successful.

    In terms of the application process, this can vary depending on the recruitment campaign and timelines, but it typically involves submitting an online application, completing online assessments, and attending an in person assessment if successful. From application to starting training can take a little time, as there are also pre employment checks that need to be completed.
