Can I apply for a job as a cabin crew at the age of 41, and I currently live in Indonesia?
My experience in sales, administration, and hospitality has strengthened my customer service skills, which I’m excited to apply as a cabin crew member.

Hi, thanks for your question.
Absolutely. There’s no upper age limit to apply for a cabin crew role at British Airways, as long as you meet the essential criteria. What matters most are your skills, attitude, and ability to deliver great service to customers. Your background in sales, administration and hospitality sounds very relevant, as it shows strong communication, organisation and customer care - all key qualities for the role.
However, cabin crew roles with British Airways require the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK (unless we specifically recruit for an overseas base).
I’d recommend registering for job alerts here, and checking the Cabin Crew FAQ page for further details.
I hope that helps 😊
