Can't apply for IT job because I don't have a driving licence

Job: Admin IT & Business Systems Apprentice at Gatwick, UK (advertised via Indeed) -- the job description doesn't mention driving at all, but when I try to apply, the second question asks if I have a driving licence, and since I don't, it tells me I can't continue
