Does the Aviation Security Manager role have to be based at Waterside.
Good Morning. I was wondering if the Aviation Security Managers Role had to be based at Waterside or would there be an option for remote workings. I live near Manchester Airport currently working for Avsec within in the CAA and have previously been a Security Manager for American Airlines.

Hi Tamara, I would always reach out to the hiring team and ask them what the requirements are for the role. I have colleagues in my department that commute from the North and it is at the discretion of the manager what flexibility they can give, so it's worth opening up the conversation of what flexibility looks like to you. Good Morning! Thank you for your message. I work in this department which is based in Waterside. This role will usually consist of 3 days minimum in waterside and the possibility of 2 working days at home. As this role may require international travel this may vary.
As this role is dynamic, and you will be required in various meetings/action groups etc. The 2 working from home days are not guaranteed in this role, nor can they be rolled over.
