During the recruitment stage, What would be the best way to reach out to the hiring manager to clarify any doubts?

I have cleared one round of Interviews for a position and got a message to book in person round. But the hiring manager forgot to open a slot on the portal to book. Now I can't book a slot or message them back(as the BA portal doesn't have that option). And the manager thinks I am not interested
