For the reach test in the cabin crew functionality test, can you stand on tiptoes or do your feet need to be flat on the floor? Do both hands need to reach the mark or just one? I just am wondering as I want to practice as I have applied and being cabin crew for BA would be my dream come true.

Hello Hannah,
Thank you for your interest in our Cabin Crew roles. I can confirm that both feet have to be flat on the floor for the functionality test.
I hope that answers your question. If you'd like to know more, please reply.
All the very best.
