Hello dear BA team ! Any tips on how to reach someone in the support team ?

Hello everyone, I am currently looking into the 2025 Speedbird programme and I am experiencing some problems. Since everywhere I look no specific/personal matters can be discussed I wanted to ask if someone could point me in the right direction ( maybe an Email address). -Thank you in advance !
