    Hello,

Absolutely not. We have many pilots from varying backgrounds and ages.

Ensure you expose yourself to flying and get as much flying experience as you can. You are welcome to explore our Speedbird Pilot Academy programme which is designed to support aspiring pilots without experience.

This is a high in demand role, applications close on 23rd April 2026.
