Hello, I have received my offer for cabin crew with a start date, but I cannot start due the holiday booked before I applied for this position

On my application I did state im away, what do I do as really want to accept the position but cannot cancel holiday now. Can I transfer my application from Gatwick to Heathrow as they have opened cabin crew recruitment and start later ? I have no contact numbers or chat bars in my careers portal to ask. I have messaged recruitment emails with no replies sadly. Please can you help or guide me the right direction. Many thanks
