    Dan H. Cabin Crew

    Hi, thanks for your question.

The cabin crew interview process is designed to be fair, supportive, and to give you the chance to show who you are. It usually starts with an online application and assessments. If you’re successful, you’ll then be invited to attend an in-person assessment at British Airways’ Head Office at Waterside near Heathrow.

The assessment focuses on getting to know you better and understanding how you communicate, work with others, and approach different situations. It’s not about having perfect answers, but about being yourself and showing the qualities that are important for the role, such as good judgement, empathy, and a customer-focused mindset.

Preparation really helps. Take time to research the role, understand what cabin crew life is like, and think about examples from your own experience that reflect teamwork, resilience, and communication.

We are currently recruiting Heathrow Cabin Crew, and you can apply directly here.

You can also find more detail on the Cabin Crew FAQ page here.

And stay up to date by registering for job alerts here.

    I hope that helps 😊

    Dan
