Hello there. I had a few questions to clarify regarding the requirement to have the "right to live and work in the UK."
Would I need to apply for a specific type of visa to meet this criteria? If it is a student visa, would this process begin only after receiving confirmation of acceptance into the program? If I obtain a UK visa for the program, how would it extend to cover training in Spain or the USA

Additionally, could suggest any other visas other than the student visa to comply for an Indian Citizen? currenlty have two options, one being the youth mobility visa and the second being the indian young professional scheme visa.

Hi Shashank.
None of the sponsorship schemes or visas we are aware of will last sufficient time for the length of the training, so unless you have the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK you won't be eligible for this opportunity.
I appreciate you are hoping for a different answer and I wish you the best of luck in finding a way to follow your aspirations.

Hi Kate, Just stumbled across this thread that mentions the youth mobility visa - is this visa considered too restrictive to be considered for a cabin crew role at BA? I am eligible for the YMV and the Ancestry visas - but considering the upfront cost of the Ancestry visa, I am wanting to use the YMV to get established and settled and be 100% sure that the move to the UK is the right move for me :D so wondering whether to hold off on applying to BA until I am on Ancestry with pathway to citizenship?
