Hi, I am an aspiring pilot from India and want to apply for the Speedbird Programme. I would like to know what documents I would need to apply, such as a passport or any other requirements as an Indian applicant.
Jiya V. asked a question to Chloe H.
I'm a 17 year old girl and hope for your guidance. Thank you for your time 😊

Hi Jiya.
The Speedbird Pilot Academy is open to those with a right to live and work in the UK.
It is exciting to hear that you want to become a pilot and I hope you find a way to follow this dream. It is always exciting to hear that more women and girls want to become pilots.
Best wishes

Thank you so much for your response. So please help me clarify that the program is basically for UK residents and not for international students with no connection to the UK. Please confirm it so that I can give up grinding myself for it. However, I was told by a live agent that the visa requirements only come into play when you successfully clear all the rounds. Thank you again!

Yes, because the sponsorship leads to a contract in the UK which requires us to work within government guidelines for those that don’t have the unrestricted right to live and work in the UK. I hope that makes sense.
