Hi, I see you have a commitment to inclusion, what support is on offer for care-experienced applicants?

Hi.
Thank you for your question. Can you please clarify what role you are looking at?
Alternatively, you can read our Inclusion and Diversity commitments. We offer a support service to British Airways colleagues who have caring responsibility for others. https://careers.ba.com/inclusion-and-diversity
Thanks
Kate

Hi, thank you for your reply, the applicant would like to be a pilot however would potentially be applying for a range of roles with the company. I did look at the Inclusion and Diversity Commitments and couldn't see anything which is why I was asking. It is that the applicant has been in care themselves, rather than having caring responsibility. This is a recognised adverse circumstance which for example universities give adjusted grades required for entry requirements to their courses- I wondered if there was anything in place with BA. Many thanks in advance. Ingrid (Career Adviser in school supporting a senior pupil)
