No need to apologise - it’s great that you’re thinking ahead about how to prepare. You don’t need any specific qualifications beyond the essential requirements listed on the job advert. Your current career or life experience may already suit the role really well, especially if it involves working with people, solving problems, or staying calm under pressure. We have crew from a huge range of backgrounds; teachers, nurses, retail, hospitality and more, so you don’t need direct aviation experience to be a strong candidate.
If you’re looking to prepare, any people-facing role is a great way to build key skills like communication, empathy and teamwork, which are at the heart of what we do.
