Hi there, I would definitely say that after joining British Airways 2 years ago it has definitely exceeded my expectations. In terms of the additional support you are offered on a personal level, this goes above and beyond what I have experienced in other companies. There are numerous support groups, events & staff benefits that support well-being and make British Airways a great place to work. Also in terms of the autonomy you are given to work on projects, I feel I can make a difference that will be far reaching and this isn't always the case in roles I have had in the past.
