How long does it take to be sent an offer?

I received a call on Wednesday, March 26th, offering me the job, but haven't received any email or official letter yet. I submitted a support ticket but got no response, and I've also tried contacting the recruitment manager with no luck. Has anyone faced this, or have any advice on what to do next?
