Hi Dilvinder, Although I don't have any personal experience or contacts within Marketing to share with you, I would say from my own experience, I think the best way to open up new opportunities for yourself within British Airways is networking. I would put myself forward for some of the casting calls or even reach out to colleagues you may know within marketing. This way you will meet colleagues within the team who you can engage with and this will hopefully open future opportunities for yourself within this field. Or even volunteering for other opportunities within British Airways such as network groups, volunteering, charity days will mean you meet people within a range of teams.
