I cannot upload my CV on the official website for the job.

I applied for the position of customer service Representative on Heathrow Airport. I filled the application almost 50%. But when it comes to upload my CV. It doesn’t allow.I tried all the options which are displayed. Please I need your help.hope you will do the needful. Waiting for your Reply.
