I’m an American resident with English citizenship interested in the speedbird cadet program

Arthur B. asked a question to Chloe H.

I’d like to know when the program will be opening, when classes start, and my acceptance chances of being a dual citizenship prospective student with no flight experience. How competitive is the program, and is there anything that recruiters are looking for that could bolster my chances?

    Hi Arthur.

Thanks for your question. You must have the right to work in the UK to apply. If this is the case I would advise you to read the information on our website. The link is below.

The Speedbird Pilot Academy is a highly competitive program and we are looking for people who demonstrate the non technical competencies that pilots require whilst also having the aptitude to fly an aircraft. You do not need flight experience but an active interest in aviation is important.

I hope this helps to answer your question.
