I'm in the process of writing customer service training and wondered what makes BA training standout?

As part of my research before writing new customer service training for my team I wondered what does BA's customer service training look like as your colleagues standout as some of the best in the customer service business.... Also how do they deal with conflict, what training do they have for this?

    Hi Paul, Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately I cannot offer specifics, as we offer training both at the beginning and throughout a customer service role at British Airways including classroom and in the field. This can vary to suit the specific role. Thanks, Abi
