    Hi Sowmiya,

    Thanks for your question.

That’s great to hear you’re passionate about joining British Airways! 😊

There are a lot of career opportunities at British Airways, but as you’ve asked about Cabin Crew we can start here. However, just so you’re aware, lots of colleagues at British Airways started their careers as Cabin Crew but now work in a variety of different roles and departments across the business.

Firstly, do have a look at the link below as that has suggestions regarding the application process:

    https://ba.career-inspiration.com/discussion/210971/i-ve-been-wanting-to-be-ba-crew-for-years-just-wondering-if-there-is-anyone-who-could-give-me-advice-for-my-application

Also, our Cabin Crew FAQ page might be useful, too:

    As for my own suggestions:

-Try to get some good customer service experience if you can. Cabin Crew is a customer facing role, and the more experience you have in this area, the better equipped you’ll be for the interview and also the role itself.

    - Do your research on the role and our company. Lots of people think they know what the role entails, but in reality it can be very different to what you might imagine.

    - Don’t give up if you’re not successful first time around. Try to learn what you could do better next time and keep trying! It will be worth it in the end 😊

I hope that helps. If you have any other question, do feel free to ask.

    Dan
