I've always looked forward to working as an HR for BA, but I am not a resident of the UK. Is it still possible?
Cole S. asked a question to Simon W.
I have recently been interested in exploring pathways to working for BA. however I recently learned that I would need to be a resident of the UK to apply for these type of positions. In this case, is that true? I'm still in university in the USA, but would like to connect with possible pathways.

Hello Cole,
That is wonderful to hear. You would need the Right to Work in the UK before you apply to work in our Head Office where our HR teams are based.
If you're still at University, you may want to consider our Business Placements/Graduate schemes available to Emerging Talent after you complete your degree. You will still need the right to work but all information is available on our student hub here: Speedbird-ZAll the very best in your studies and your journey to join us at British Airways.
