    Hi, thanks for your question.

British Airways does not set a strict minimum height for cabin crew. What’s important is that you can demonstrate a vertical functional reach of at least 2.01 metres during the functionality check.

The guidance on the BA Cabin Crew FAQ page explains that to meet this reach requirement, you will likely need to be at least around 1.575 metres tall, although the actual requirement is the reach itself rather than a specific minimum height.

If you are around 1.56 metres, it may be more challenging to meet the reach requirement, but it ultimately depends on your arm reach and is assessed during the functionality check as part of the recruitment process.

You can find more detail on the Cabin Crew FAQ page .

    I hope that helps 😊

Hi, thank you for reply, very grateful to know about this. Also may I know if why does recruitment take at least three months to reply back for cabin crew applications ?
