I want to become a pilot but I ware glasses can I still be a pilot

    Hi.

    Thanks for your message.

    Wearing glasses doesn’t automatically mean you cannot be a pilot. Many pilots wear glasses. There will be limitations for an initial medical and you should be able to find more information on the CAA website. The medical will be done by an AME (Aviation Medical Examiner) and you should be able to find some guidance on the minimum requirements. 

    Your optician should be able to let you know if you meet the requirements.
