In the below photographs of the staff there are no staff photos of older women in roles ?

Often in any company website, not just British Airways, the company will only have photographs of younger women in roles and less of older women in roles. I wondered why this was ? Websites and photographs of staff compared to the past it is unfairly weighted towards youth and that any company only employs a certain age range ?

    Thanks for your question. I can’t see the specific photographs you’re referring to, but I do want to reassure you that BA has a genuinely diverse population, including colleagues of all ages. Age is not a barrier to working at BA, and our website and recruitment materials do feature people of different ages.
