    Where do I start!

    Working with different people from all across the airline. This allows you to learn about different departments and build relationships and see how our brilliant airline comes together.

    BA offers some great perks including great staff travel benefits and other discounts. We also offer a good pension scheme and various healthcare schemes as well as opportunities to learn and grow for development with a variety of learning opportunities on offer.

    We also have some great community groups where like minded people can come together.
