DHDan H. Cabin Crew
Hi Jennyfer, thanks for your message.
It’s wonderful to hear that becoming cabin crew has been your dream for so long. You’re definitely not alone, as many of us felt exactly the same before we joined. The good news is that there’s no single route into the role, and you don’t need previous aviation experience to apply.
The best first step is to make sure you meet the basic criteria listed on the job advert, such as being over 18, fluent in English, and having experience working with people. Your current job or life experience may already suit the role well, as many crew come from backgrounds like teaching, healthcare, retail or hospitality. What matters most are the qualities you bring: good communication, empathy, teamwork and resilience.
To get started, have a look through the Cabin Crew FAQ page to learn more about the role and what to expect. You can also register for job alerts so you’ll be notified when applications open.
I hope that helps 😊
Dan
