    Hello Fu, Could you be a little more specific in your question so I can answer it as fully as possible? In particular what you mean by learning opportunities?

    Hello Ness! Thank you for your reply.
    Sorry if the question was a bit vague, I meant to ask about opportunities beyond the flight deck. How do pilots get involved with other roles in management and outreach programmes? Say if I were to join a recruitment role but have no experience. Would there be any training from BA to help me take on such roles?

    Hi Fu! Pilots can certainly get involved in other roles outside of flying. There are an abundance of options within BA and, depending on the role you had your eye on, the ways to apply are generally through a vacancy opening. Successful applicants would receive the relevant training.
    We also have online resources which offer self-development courses and a department dedicated to training who we can reach out to for advice and support.
