As a pilot there are several benefits to a long standing worldwide airline including a variety of career paths within aviation, lots of opportunity to fly different aircraft, many different routes and night stops to experience, and job security. British Airways has given me the opportunity to have a good life work balance as my personal life has changed over the years and has supported me when I most needed it. Everyday is different when you work in such a large airline, meeting lots of new people everyday and flying to different places.
