    Hello, 

    As a colleague who works at our Waterside office, I'm pleased to say we celebrate special dates from a variety of cultures with thanks to our colleague-run network groups. Not only does this mean we always have something to look forward to celebrating, we are able to build communities that ensure we feel heard and respected.

    To name a few; we have BeME (Being of Minority Ethnicity), Flying Proud for LGBTQ+, Being Accessible to supports a variety of accessibility needs, and our Women's Inclusion Network Group for Success (WINGS) helps promote gender equality and representation.

    Alongside our employee network groups, British Airways also has colleague-run faith groups who are always ready to welcome new members.
