will my tattoo be allowed?

so i have a tattoo on my right arm i have looked on the website and it says tattoos are permissible aslong as its not visible but its like a tiny heart on my right arm and im very worried about not being able to be able to apply because of it and are we allowed nose rings or studs? Thank you

    Thanks for getting in touch. Below will give your further guidance on our tattoo policy:


    Visible tattoos​ are not permitted whilst​ in​ uniform. This means tattoos​ must be covered​ with​ uniform items, tights or socks. ​ This​ may require​ you to​ ​wear​ a​ long-sleeved shirt or​ trousers​ if you have tattoos​ on your​ arms or legs.​ If​ you​ can​ use specialist cover​ up​ make up or​ white/nude​ undergarments which​ stop your​ tattoo​ from​ ​being visible, these can​ be used, but​ only​ when​ used underneath​ the uniform​ or​ tights.​

    Face / neck and hand tattoos are not permitted as these cannot be covered by our uniform.

    Provided the tattoo on your arm can be covered by our uniform, you should be fine.


    Nose studs or rings are not permitted.
