Would BA accept international candidates for the self-sponsored programme with ATO?

View favourites

I am working in the UK with visa, but am not a citizen nor hold permanent residency. I would like to apply to the "Speedbird self-sponsored with ATO" route, train with FTEJerez (as I am a EU citizen), and ultimately work for BA. I would need sponsorship for a visa when working for BA after training.

    Hi.

    Thanks for your question.

This route is currently closed, however you would definitely require the right to work in the UK as the visa salary requirements are not met as a low hour pilot.

I hope this is helpful information.

    Best wishes
