Would it be possible to interview flight crew on their experiences of gender related issues for my research project?

I'm a sixth form student completing a research project with the title 'How have gender stereotypes in the aviation industry evolved?', and I would love to interview some pilots and cabin crew on their personal experiences of gender related issues in the industry to use as case studies/primary data.
