When gaining the minimum requirements to apply for an FO position through jobs posted by BA, is it realistic to believe that you may secure a position against/with others who have used a fligthscool path associated with BA?
Absolutely. We will base the decision on a candidates current skill and motivation, regardless of how they obtained their license and hours, so there would be no differentiating between someone who had trained modularly or via an integrated programme.
