Time management and effective stakeholder management are important in my role as a Aviation Security Executive. The ability to work alongside stakeholders is key to ensure the successful delivery of our work.

As a team we advise the line areas around the business to consider Risk Action plans. This helps drive meaningful enhancements across the operation. Regular action group meetings with the right people in the room enables us to measure progress. We also use data to measure reduction in occurrences.

We use the management system to identify and capture these risks. Setting realistic deadlines helps us keep us on track, ensuring that the wider team is doing all that is needed for the risk actions in place to be as effective as possible.
