    It is wonderful to hear from an aspiring pilot in Botswana :)

    Sadly our Academy requires the right to work in the UK, but I believe there are a few things you could look into.

    The Department of Tertiary Education Financing (DTEF) often provides sponsorship for high-achieving students to pursue specialized courses, including pilot training. There is also the Air Botswana Cadet Program and Air Botswana occasionally runs a Cadet Pilot Program where they sponsor citizens to train and then return to work for the airline.

    Have you considered Ethiopian Airlines Aviation University? They offer self-funded and occasionally sponsored spots for international African students. I think they require a background in Natural Sciences (Maths/Physics).
