I am an FAA CPL(ME/IR)holder and a resident as well as a citizen of India, can i apply for the speedbird academy program?

I am a licensed Commercial Pilot with Multi engine and Instrument rating. I underwent my training in the USA, with 297 flight hours.I am currently in the process of conversion of my FAA CPL to Indian CPL.I would love the opportunity to work for BA if eligible for the Speedbird Pilot Academy program.

    Hi Tushar -

Unfortunately the Speedbird Pilot Academy is for those who have not yet undergone any training. As soon as you have taken any of the groundschool exams, you would need to apply to our Self Sponsored scheme, however it is closed and will remain closed for the time being.

The only other option, is to convert your license to a UK one and once you have the required hours, apply to one of our DEP campaigns. You can find the criteria on our careers page.

I hope this helps and good luck with the conversion.
