I am currently servicing in the armed forces as an aircraft technician, do you offer transition schemes?

I am a Senior supervisor with 9 years of experience and hold the rank of Sergeant with second and third signature responsibilities.

Thank you for your interest in British Airways. We have a scheme called the Military Pathway to B1, however this campaign is currently closed. This It is designed for ex or current Military personnel with a minimum of 5 years demonstrable experience in a military aircraft maintenance environment. The scheme will allow colleagues to progress from a Mechanic to Technician and then to a Licenced Aircraft Engineer. We will fully sponsor anyone in the scheme, to complete their CAA Part-66 Category B licence modules. This is a competitive but rewarding opportunity. I would highly recommend you putting a job alert via our careers page, so you are immediately notified once the job vacancy is live.
