    Hi. Each role is quite different. Most roles are based on an up to date and relevant CV. This will also be supported with application questions. If successful at screening, then we will invite a candidate for an interview. If successful at interview stage, we are able to offer you a position. Referencing will then take between 8 - 12 weeks.
