    Hello,

Thanks for getting in touch 😊

That is a great question and one I’m glad you’ve asked. My advice would be to try, try, try and try again!

I say this because many British Airways Cabin Crew were unsuccessful first, second or even third time around. However, they didn’t give up and learnt from past experiences - and eventually it paid off.

I know it can be a real set back when you’re unsuccessful, but it shows great resilience to try again. Try to think about what you might differently next time 😊

I hope that helps and wishing you the best of luck!

    Hello,

Thank you for your question. Building on the excellent advice Dan has shared about showing resilience, I would also recommend reflecting on your previous experience at our assessment centre. Take some time to consider the day in detail - identify areas where you feel things could have gone differently or skills you believe you could highlight more effectively in future assessments.

As has been mentioned before, if joining British Airways is your dream job, keep pushing forward and striving for success. Perseverance is key!

If you have any further questions please do let us know!

    Aaron 😄
