About Aaron K.

Key Experience
My journey as cabin crew began with a passion for travel and a desire to connect with people from diverse backgrounds. The role provided incredible opportunities to see the world while making a positive impact on the lives of others. From comforting anxious flyers to delivering exceptional service, I found fulfilment in ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers. The dynamic nature of the job captivated me from the start. Every flight brought new challenges, and I thrived in this fast-paced environment creating unforgettable experiences and upholding the highest standards of service and safety.
Current Position
The role of Inflight Lead presents the perfect opportunity to step into a leadership role onboard, being able to fulfil a natural progression toward seeking more responsibility and leadership. I was driven by a desire to not only contribute to the team but also to guide and inspire others. In this role, I’ve been able to influence the overall flight experience more significantly. Leading by example and mentoring my crew, I strive to create a positive and supportive environment on every flight. I take pride in managing situations with confidence and ensuring that both passengers and crew enjoy a seamless and memorable journey. As an Inflight Lead, I discovered a deep satisfaction in guiding and developing new crew members. This passion led me to take on the additional role of Cabin Crew Line Trainer, where I could further contribute to the success of our team. Balancing these two roles has allowed me to simultaneously lead and train the next generation and current community of cabin crew. I’m dedicated to instilling the same passion, professionalism, and commitment to excellence that have driven my own career. Training new crew keeps me engaged with the latest practices and ensures that our teams are well-prepared to deliver exceptionally.
Main Motivation

I’m passionate about leading a team that creates exceptional experiences for passengers. The responsibility of ensuring a safe, smooth, and memorable flight drives me. I’m motivated by the opportunity to mentor and inspire my crew, helping them to grow and excel in their roles. The dynamic challenges of each day keep me engaged, and knowing that I play a crucial part in making someone’s journey enjoyable and safe is incredibly rewarding. My role allows me to make a positive impact, and that’s what fuels me to give my best every day.

Discussions with Aaron K.

Hey! I have just recently been offered the Job as BA cabin Crew and I have a holiday in July which I would love to be granted as off if possible. MyTraining is due to finish around the end of June so it would be after my training date.

I just wondered how this normally gets dealt with when it comes to holidays happening after you get offered the job as it’s been playing on my mind! Are we entitled to take holiday after we start with the company? Thankyou so much. Imogen
