Thomas G. asked a question to Eugenia O.

Hello, my name is Tom. I’m a veteran from the Royal Navy who has a level 2 air engineering qualification. I’m currently working on the wildcat, where I’m looking to do my level 3 qualification. I am looking for advice on what quals I would need to put me in the best position to get a job within BA.

Hi Tom. You could start your career as a BA Mechanic. We will then support you to gain your Avionics qualifications to work your way to a Technician and subsequently a Licenced Aircraft Engineer. If you are interested in Mechanic vacancies, we currently have roles in LGW and LHR. Please email engineering.resource@ba.com for further information.
